Shortly into the event, if things appear abnormal, the person will begin receiving prompts requesting their immediate response.
At that point if they respond within the given range of time, the monitoring will resume as needed.
However, if no response is detected, the system will automatically contact the person’s pre-set trusted contacts, or 911 dispatch center and communicate the navigational information (automatically) and provide the audio details, most often it being the sound of nothing – indicating to the dispatcher that an overdose is in effect.
From there its a race for your life and as soon as the first responders can access the person, is the soonest their life can be saved!
Our recommendation is to make sure your device is plenty charged and the physical access to your person is easily noticeable and the path is cleared, and no vicious animals will prevent responders from assisting.
